Welcome to our HSRP service portal. By using our services to apply for, track, or fit High-Security Registration Plates, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Service Overview
We provide HSRP facilitation services in accordance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). While we strive for accuracy, the final issuance of the registration plate is subject to approval by the relevant Regional Transport Office (RTO) or government authority.
2. User Responsibility
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all data submitted (Registration Number, Chassis Number, Engine Number, etc.) matches your official RC document exactly.
- Document Authenticity: You confirm that all uploaded documents are authentic. Any discrepancies leading to rejection by the RTO are not the liability of this service provider.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Non-Refundable Policy: Because HSRP plates are custom-manufactured for a specific vehicle based on your registration details, all orders are non-refundable once the manufacturing/embossing process has commenced.
- Processing Fees: Service and convenience fees are earned upon the successful submission of your application to the government portal and are non-refundable.
4. Delivery and Fitting
Estimated delivery and fitting timelines are provided as an estimate based on current RTO processing speeds. We are not liable for delays caused by government server downtimes, logistics partners, or regulatory holidays.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the delay in receiving government-issued plates.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
